COMMUNITY YOGA AT THE SCULPTURE FIELDS

In this 60 minute Community Yoga class, we will gather on our mats surrounded by nature and cool art at the Sculpture Fields in Chattanooga. This donation based class will begin with a short meditation and flow through beginner-friendly postures, connecting breath to gentle, mindful movements.

Modifications will be offered to support and encourage dropping into your own body and breath. This practice is for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Michelle is a 500 HR Certified Yoga Instructor that brings a gentle, mother earth presence to each class offering a safe and supportive environment for everyone to try yoga. Proceeds will be donated to the Sculpture Fields, a 33 acre public park filled with sculptures from all over the world and a calming oasis located on Chattanooga’s Southside.
