FULL MOON YOGA HIKE

FULL MOON YOGA HIKE

by

Tonal Spine Chiropractic

@

6pm-8pm

Full moon energy can be exhilarating, but can also leave us feeling ungrounded. Join @outshineyoga and @outshineadventures for a gentle lunar yoga practice that will help ground and attune your body with nature through breath work and body movement.

Throughout the meditative practice, you'll be supported by mother earth and encouraged to set an intention to practice letting go of what no longer serves you. Afterwards, we'll embark on a sunset hike, treading silently through the woods towards a beautiful overlook to watch the full moon rise over the city's skyline. So often we look outward for the answers and forget that sometimes all it takes is stillness and silence to find the what we're seeking.

As the full moon rises in the night sky, we will take a moment to sit silently, reflect, and release all the negative energy that no longer serves us. We end with a short hike down with new friends under the light of the full moon. @outshineyoga is a 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. @outshineadventures will be present to lead the hike and illuminate the way. Participants should bring a yoga mat, water and a headlamp and wear sturdy shoes for the hiking portion.
