Join us for some family-fun during Spring Break at Lula Lake's Core Preserve! We are having a special Open Gate Day on Friday, March 21st.

Each ticket allows you and your group access to the beautiful Core Preserve property from 10:00AM-3:00PM ET to hike around on your own. We will have an optional guided hike starting at 11:00am with a scavenger hunt included! Come see the beauty of nature—including the famous Lula Lake and Lula Falls!

Not a Spring-Breaker? No worries! We are opening the gates to anyone, even if they don't have a child on Spring Break.

Important Information:

  • This NOT a camp! An adult must be present with your children.
  • One reservation equals one parking space.
  • The gate will open at 10:00 AM EST and arrival time is between 10:00 AM-1:00 PM. We will not allow anyone in past 1:00 PM EST in order to allow yourselves plenty of time to hike and explore our beautiful Core Preserve property!
  • We will close promptly at 3:00 PM. You must be back at the parking lot and leaving the property by then.
  • The optional guided hike will leave from the meadow at 11:00am EST. A fun scavenger hunt will be provided. This hike will be around 3 miles with an elevation gain of around 600 feet. More information from staff will be provided upon arrival.
