Be Strong Health and Fitness

In August of 2020, during the height of Covid-19, founder Matthew Sheets opened a small studio in the East Brainerd area. Almost immediately more room was needed, so in October of 2021 the current Southside location was opened. The move allowed Matthew’s dream to serve Chattanooga with a functional and holistic approach to health and fitness to be realized on a larger scale. In just over two years, through a uniquely created atmosphere that openly welcomes all ages and fitness levels, Be Strong has seen some amazing transformations and heard some moving testimonials from clients.

Sadly, Be Strong operates in a world where fitness culture can be saturated by vanity and self-admiration; however, their goal is to change lives through their applied knowledge and service to others.
