They also offer Yin, Hot 26, Mysore, Restorative, Non-Heated Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Nidra classes.
Pilates classes are a high-intensity, low-impact heart-pumping full-body workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movements all in one session. You can expect full-body functional movements centered around the core that will make you stronger both mentally and physically. They offer classes on customised hybrid Pilates reformers as well as infrared and non-heated classes on the mat.
This is not a rehabilitative workout and is not suggested for people with serious injuries — their method is an athletic fitness approach. All of the classes are all level and can be modified for minor injuries.
