He moved to Tallahassee, FL to attend Florida State University where he taught and performed with the Azucar Dance Company. After obtaining his Bachelors in Economics, he moved back to South Florida and began teaching NY on2 at Salsa Heatwave.

Shortly after, Jesse moved to Destin, FL to pursue a job opportunity within his company. While in Destin, he founded G2G Salsa, an LA style on1 dance school.

He relocated to Chattanooga with his wife so she could pursue her doctorate degree at The University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He took this as an opportunity to begin teaching in a new area and to share his love for salsa.
